When this is requested we require all pages of the vehicle registration document to be sent in, two pages four sides.
To fully validate the document you must check:
Registration
Model Description
Date of Purchase
Owner of Vehicle
If anything above differs to what we have declared on CDL you will need to amend the policy accordingly or contact the customer to resolve.
Occasionally the customer won’t have received their updated V5C as they only recently purchased the vehicle. In these instances, we would accept a copy of the New Keepers Slip.
